We are always on the lookout for qualified new members and opportunities to partner with charitable organizations and community groups that share our vision to make the world a better place for all mankind, especially those in need.

Our Lodge has been a part of the Green Lake community for over 100 years. We are committed to serving our members and our surrounding community.

How to Become a Mason

Get involved with our organization

Are you an upstanding adult man (18+) interested in working to improve himself and the world around him? Would you like to further your goals by joining the oldest and largest fraternity in the world?  Because we wish each candidate to join us of their own free will, Freemasons do not actively recruit members.  Rather, we desire that your belief in our principles and a respect for our Institution will motivate you to pursue membership through your own initiative.

To that end, please either contact us, or get started today by filling out a petition for membership from the link here.  The 'basic principles' referred to in the petition that you MUST READ are located here.  Scan and email the completed form to us at info@greenlakemasons.org, or mail it to: c/o Secretary of Green Lake 149, 307 Maple Leaf Place, Seattle, WA 98115.

Non-Profits and Other Organizations

Masonic charity is known globally for programs like Shriner childrens' hospitals and scholarship grants. It is estimated that Masonic groups as a whole give over 2 million dollars per day to charities around the world.

At Green Lake Lodge, our past charitable work includes scholarships for college students and the 'Bikes for Books' program that encourages child literacy in partnership with Seattle Public Libraries.

We are always looking to get involved with local charities that need manpower and resources, so please contact us to discuss opportunities to partner with your organization.
